One of the fastest ways to get bad results from AI is to provide bad inputs, unclear objectives, weak documentation, or poor governance. The technology is powerful, but it is not self-directing.
My experience has taught me that successful AI adoption is less about the model itself and more about the systems surrounding it: process design, documentation, context management, quality control, change management, and human judgment.
